Yin Yog TTC

Welcome to our Yin Yog Teacher's Training Course

A little about the Yin Yog
Yin Yog is gentle, passive, stimulating and can be accompanied by meditating in the poses during the session. It was founded by Paulie Zink and later took shape and structure to a more modern approach of minimalism and balance all throughout. It's core principles work on a three level tier, making the physical top and breath being simultaneously second or third place. The physical aspect, the breath and mind. Postures or positions during a session are usually targeted to the meridians to improve the "Qi" and restore flow of the energies that are stagnated. It can also be used to help release deep stored emotions that may have been how your reality was, releasing an emotional trauma etc. The most exciting part is that yin yog sessions can be done with a very deep meditative guide as well.

Course description

The Yin Yog TTC helps students explore a multi faceted approach to the individual's practice or background of field. Exploration will start from the five koshas being the simplest form of physical aspect (the physical sheath) to the subtlest of all, the bliss body. Through mindful exploration, the students will also explore different stages of the meditative state of mind and increase both the personal practice and a very grounded teaching ability.  Students will learn mechanical alignment on different parts of the body to get the best positioning for the individuals that come. Exploration doesn't jus stop there, participants will be engaged through the studies as they immerse in both yin and yang practices which does not have to be limited within the yogashala. With learning hands on lab work for the meridians, and the fascial lines, students can easily identify and start making informed decisions for a class to individual sessions.

Course outcome

Our course structure allows teachers to be able to run a class with endless combinations from meridians, fascial lines, sports specifics, rehabilitation, elite athletes, meditation etc with great confidence and providing the best Yin Yoga session experience.
