Welcome to the Clinic for Kettlebell Certification Level 2
About CKC 2
This course has been broken down to help participants evaluate themselves and apply the techniques from the course so that they are able to better retain what they learn. The course covers different subjects intensively and progressively to allow participants to better understand the principles and applications when using kettlebell to coach or add in to your repertoire of skills. It refreshes skill learned in the level 1 course and includes a new range of concepts to upgrade your kettlebell skills. Similar to level 1, the testing will be in addition to the course itself to allow maximum teaching and learning time.

This course will take students to an advance level in kettlebell training with two days of intense physical training from lectures and practical lessons, picking up from level one. Students will go through a lot more coaching evaluation and learn how to break down the complexes, learning how to identify the mistakes and make corrections.

Here in level two, we cover both aspects of the kettlebell style from hard style and GS-AKA Kettlebell sport. Learn and fine tune the many styles of kettlebell training such as snatches, clean/ jerks techniques, TGU, exercise regressions, advance dynamic and joint mobility drills to the why, what, who, and when to help you achieve more and a longer retention of clients.
Course outcome:
A graduate will be able to assess a client using applied functional movement, be able to apply a progression of beginners to advance movements that make it easier to teach a wider aspect of kettlebell training. Apply advance corrective strategies, correctly identify, address and modify correction of common mistakes. Be able to design a safe and effective program for personal training, sports specifics, martial artists, athletes and rehabilitation. Have a solid base of understanding of the principles and applications of kettlebell training.
