Course Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Integrated Training Institute is committed to providing high-quality training courses and programs to our valued clients. To maintain the integrity of our course scheduling and resources, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and course date rescheduling for courses offered by Integrated Training Institute and its direct courses from Integrated Training Institute.
1. Refund Policy:
a. Once a course has been paid in full with/ without a discounted price /or the course manual has been sent & received, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
b. In the case of course cancellations initiated by participants, regardless of the reason, no refunds will be provided.
2. Course Date Rescheduling:
a. Participants are allowed to request a rescheduling of their course dates. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and must adhere to the following conditions:

a. Integrated Training Institute reserves the right to cancel a course due to factors such as low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason deemed necessary. In such cases, Integrated Training Institute will make every effort to provide advance notice to participants.
b. If a course is canceled by Integrated Training Institute, participants will have the option to reschedule to a future course date.
4. Late arrivals
We have a strict no late arrival policy. Please be at least 10-15 minutes earlier for courses provided by us. We will not allow any late arrivals to enter & will consider the course for participants paid for, forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be given upon refusal entry to course due to late arrival.

a. The policies outlined in this document apply to all courses offered by Integrated Training Institute, including any courses provided directly by Integrated Training Institute.
