Welcome to the Clinic for Kettlebell Certification Level 1
About CKC 1
If you do any type of kettlebell exercises, programs or just wanting to increase fitness, you have come to the right place! This course has been broken down to help participants evaluate themselves and apply the techniques from the course so that they are able to better retain what they learn. Level 1 covers different subjects intensively and progressively to allow participants to better understand the principles and applications when using kettlebell to coach or add in to your repertoire of skills. The testing as an addition to the 2 day course allows us to solely teach and dedicating time to your learning, without covering time for testing at the end of the course, thus every hour will be a full immersion of theory and hands on application. |

Course Description:
This course will teach students how to use assessment protocols for clients and which style of lifting is more practical for the individual. It covers in detail a range of dynamic and mobility drills, corrective strategies and how to identify altered reciprocal inhibition and altered neuromuscular firing patterns. Learn how to integrate clinical and sports science concepts; the missing link for many fitness professionals. The course really does teach the fundamentals of kettlebell training, as it's not always about being strong first.
Course Aims:
This course is specifically designed for anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of kettlebell training and how to integrate them into a current program or repertoire of skills. Here, you will be taught how to approach clients at a scientific level and learn advance techniques to coach professionally. From learning how to assess a client to get the most out of your programming, to using advance methods to correct muscular deviations. Learn the many styles of kettlebell training, breathing techniques, exercise progressions, dynamic and joint mobility drills to help you achieve more and gain a longer retention of clients.
Course Outcome:
A graduate will be able to assess a client using our systematic approach, will be able to apply the progression/regression and confidently teach the fundamentals of movement using kettlebells. Correctly identify, address and modify common mistakes, have a strong understanding of basic biomechanics, and kinesiology. Be able to design a safe and effective program for personal training, small group training, boot camps and team building training. Upon completion of the course and the testing process, graduates will gain International listings (CKC locator) on our website.
