Cervical Spine

Low mobility in your cervical spine can lead or contribute to headaches, tight traps, TMJ conditions and create many referral patterns along the trigger points that comes with it. Here you will learn how to apply safe and effective cervical spine mobilization.

Lumbar Spine

The spine of the lower back is known as the lumbar spine. Lower back pain is a common ailment. This can arise for reasons ranging from improper posture to a compression fracture. Lower back issues can put pressure on the lumbar spine nerves and create even stronger pain as the nerves become pinched or irritated from friction. Here you will learn to apply safe and effective lumbar mobilization.

Thoracic Spine

The thoracic spine is built for rotation, flexion, and extension. It is highly mobile – or, rather, it has the potential for lots of mobility. Because of its mobility, the thoracic spine must be used or immobility will soon follow. Low thoracic motion can mean trouble for your lower back and even shoulders to compensate by moving away from the spine, making overhead shoulder work difficult, dangerous, and painful, and a rotator cuff injury nearly inevitable. Here you will learn to apply safe and effective thoracic mobilization.
