Functional Stretch Therapy | Module 3 - Full Body
MODULE 3: Intermediate (Full Body / Kinetic chain)
Course Description: This intermediate module integrates the concepts from the previous modules, focusing on full-body & kinetic chain exercises. Students will learn about reciprocal inhibition & kinetic chain principles. The module includes direct & indirect lower chain exercises, multi-planar stretches, & advanced stretching techniques. It also covers specific tests & methods for assessing full-body mobility & function.
Outcome: By the end of this module, students will be adept at applying full-body & kinetic chain stretching techniques. They will be able to perform comprehensive assessments of full-body function, execute advanced stretching protocols, & address complex mobility issues. Students will have a holistic understanding of the interconnectedness of body parts in functional movement.
