The Handle Bar is best used for larger and broader areas such as the Trapezius, Lats, Hamstrings, Thighs, calves, IT band and in some cases your arms, chest and even Glutes. They allow a much deeper work thanks to the way it's been designed. There are two small curve on the ends to help stop your hands from slipping and can be used to treat trigger points as well. Best used for athletic or clinic settings that requires more deeper work and restorative work.
