Welcome to our Diploma in Massage Therapy program
A little about our RMT program
We have worked hard to bringing this program which is equivalent to some physical therapy school in the U.S, meeting International requirements to enter the medical world with massage therapy. We focus heavily on evidence-based science practice and treatment of basic to complex conditions to treating. It is the first program of its kind outside the UK, USA, Europe and Canada as we saw a demand in getting the massage therapy field in with International standards. We have managed to fine tune the program thanks to our collaborations from across the globe who helped us create something which can be of a regulated profession. This curriculum is made to cater to those who wants to excel in academics, research, and clinical practice.
Program description
ITI has taken yet another a leap with its Diploma in Massage Therapy program being the first in Asia to introduce the 2200hours requirements from Canada and the United States. This will help both introduce what being a massage therapist and working as one would take on an International standards. The Diploma in Massage Therapy program is made available as we saw a need to help distinguish the difference between a masseuse and a massage therapist to the public in this region, together with bringing the quality of science-based study and treatment for patients who needs a more sound approach for pain and dysfunction. Students can look forward to learning topics on Neuroanatomy, Pathophysiology, Clinical Assessments, Advanced Soft Tissue Theory and Techniques and much more. The program looks forward to producing critical thinking clinicians allowing them to make decisions based on the most comprehensive assessments for patients looking for any form of therapeutic therapy through soft tissue management.
