All techniques, philosophy, theory & practicals have been cherry-picked from various manual therapy's branch, this to allow an eclectic approach to offering stretch therapy to clients who have acute & chronic pain(decrease pain), recovering or preventing injuries, & to improve both posture & overall wellbeing.
