Kettlebell Certification Clinic 27-28th March | 2021
This course will teach students how to use assessment protocols for clients and which style of lifting is more practical for the individual. It covers in detail a range of dynamic and mobility drills, corrective strategies and how to identify altered reciprocal inhibition and altered neuromuscular firing patterns. Learn how to integrate clinical and sports science concepts; the missing link for many fitness professionals. The course really does teach the fundamentals of kettlebell training, as it's not always about being strong first.
