Course Description
The Sports Medicine Certificate – Level 3 is the highest tier in the programme series, designed for experienced practitioners aiming to master specialised tools and approaches in performance training and functional recovery. This course delivers an expert-level curriculum combining advanced exercise prescription, sports-specific programming, prehabilitation strategies, and elite-level coaching systems.
Participants will gain practical mastery in advanced barbell methods, functional suspension systems, F.S.T (Functional Stretch Therapy), tool-induced breathwork, fan taping techniques, and integrated approaches using IASTM, BFRT, and cupping for both rehabilitation and sports performance. Programming science at this level is expanded into a six-month progression model, including multidimensional blends of strength, hypertrophy, and endurance.
The programme includes 1 month of intensive hands-on training, complemented by a 5-month professional internship at Movement & Sports Medicine Centre, where participants lead and assist in advanced client sessions under expert supervision.

Assessment & Graduation
To ensure the highest level of professional competency, all participants are required to complete a comprehensive theory examination following the internship period. A 100% passing rate is mandatory in order to receive Level 3 certification. This standard reflects the senior-level expectations of the programme and the importance of safe, effective, and precise practice in high-stakes professional settings.
